I always order on the mobile app at least 6/7 min before arriving. At all other stores my order is always waiting for me when I drive up but here I can be the only car in the drive thru and they make me wait 7/10 min like if they wait for me to drive up to start on my order and I am a frequent Starbucks customer so this is very annoying to have to wait this long and I am a fan of the matcha latte and at all other locations my drink is mixed well here it always has clumps of the green tea powder and I always have to pour it in another cup to mix it well ā¹ļø I went back to try it again they made my drinks wrong. The response to my last review was to ask them to re-make my drink so I asked, and the barista argued that matcha clumps up no matter how much itās mixed I told her at other Starbucks I didnāt have clumps and I also asked for strawberry puree in my other drink but my tea did not have any i mentioned it to her she said āI did put some in but if you want more I will add moreā she practically threw my drinks at me and the cups were dripping with the each drink and sticky and I asked if I could have some napkins she gave me one. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just wanted to leave a quick shout out to Jen on handling a situation that came up with the app while I was driving and ordering I wanted to order a drink for myself and pick it up at the delivery window but in the area we have really bad Internet and I thought if I just backed out and re-entered I could just do it over again without any problems and I use 200 of my stars that I had unfortunately when I did that it deducted my 200 stars, but it didnāt say the order of my drink. I went into the store to have her help me figure out what couldāve happened. If maybe the order went through and it just didnāt reflect it on the app and it did none of that. She was very sweet and kind and she made me the drink. I had set an order to help with the situation. Jen was fantastic.
