Morgan's of Lockport — Restaurant in Lockport

Only reason I’m giving a 1 star review is so I can post my experience. This was our first time at this bar. We were invited out by friends. Bartender was rude when taking our drink order. Very impatient and stand offish her name was Christy. Decided to give her the benefit of doubt when going up a second time, stood there about 5 minutes (bar was somewhat busy) everyone was taken care of instead she walked right past me when I had asked for another drink. Horrible customer service skills! Then the dj/karaoke host was playing favorites after I put in 2 songs 2 hours before last call. When my gf approached him (to ask if I was at least on the list) he didn’t seem like he cared. Then completely disregarded not only what she said but the fact that she was in mid-conversation. I won’t be coming back to this place. Atmosphere was horrible. Bad vibes. Wouldn’t be so bad if bartender and dj were nicer. Like I said before HORRIBLE...

Tuesday evening experience- Great pool shooters bar, hands down. Food, ample seating, very nice tables, on site cue shop who does excellent work for pocket change!, plenty of elbow room when shooting on any of the 6 diamond tables, good service, gambling machines, two fireplaces, outside seating, wheelchair accessible as long as you park close as the majority of the lot is gravel.

Food was okay. Atmosphere is much better than the Outpost which was the bar it used to be. Located off the beaten path. Had to go here because of a pool league. If I had a choice I probably would not have gone or seek...
