The food was good and the service was good. Although we had an ADA Access issue. They do have a no pets/dogs allowed sign on the door. Im guessing they thought that ment service dogs too. After the confrontation with the manager she got ahold of the owner who did do their research. If they had asked any of the questions they are legally allowed to ask, they would have been aware that my dog is a medical alert service dog. There where apologize from both sides. I did get irritated at the lady because I had low blood suger( hence the reason the dog did alert to and why it was the only reason they saw her. Other wise she would have been like she was the whole time we where there. In her bag sleeping.) I understand that because of fake teams it is harder on business. But the law does give them the right to ask for the dog to be removed if the dog is barking, potting on the door, not under the handers control and a few other things. But service can never be denied. Arrangements have to be made. Allergy and fear of dogs are not an excuse. They have to make accommodations for both parties. I'm hoping that with further education the staff and owner can feel confident when handling another situation. I would hate to see anyone get into trouble. We really did enjoy the food and the staff once things blew over. And yes if I'm passing through again we will be stopping. The food was...
Read moreArrived and realized they changed their menu. A little disappointed bc their original menu was really fantastic, but hey, change can be good right? We're used to it taking a little bit to get our food, but it's normally worth the wait. When the young lady dropped off our food, she immediately walked away so fast I did not have a.chance to ask her for condiments and a refill on my tea. That's okay though, I can eat my burger without mayo, it's not the end of the world. They did have a pretty good rush going on. The meat on the cheeseburger was dry and had no flavor besides tasting like the frozen patties you get at walmart and the bun felt like it was going stale. But I was so hungry I ate the entire thing anyway, so it couldn't have been that bad right? My husband got the taco salad which consisted of 80% lettuce, 2 scoops of what looked like canned meat, onion, cheese, chips and sour cream. He left most of it behind. Our aunt got the chef salad which looked and tasted amazing. Had all the fixings on it and the ingredients were really fresh. Probably will come back again, but only if we are in the mood for a salad. Tab for the burger, 2 salads, 2 teas and a...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars, I would. My wife's band was hired to play on the patio, and when we got there, I noticed the tables were covered with dust and grease. I went inside to ask for something to clean with, and the staff gave me some napkins. I was told they would come out to clean, but that never happened. I went inside and ordered the rib-eye and Hot beef sandwich. They brought my salad out with no utensils. After waiting for longer than I should have had to wait, my waitress brought me plastic utensils to eat a steak, and I asked to get real utensils, and she said, “ I have tables inside. I can't keep coming out here bringing you things”. Her attitude, the managers attitude when I talked to her was unbelievable. Bad part about it is, the food is pretty good here, but the attitude of the staff is terrible, if they had any competition in this town they would go out of business because of the attitude of the staff. They DO NOT care about you or if you are sitting in dirt at...
