Subway — Restaurant in Lodi

When you look up the hours that they're open,it says 8:00 is their closing time. It also says this on their door. But my daughter and I stopped there last night (Sunday September 10th) at 7:29pm and they were closed. I thought at forst that the door might be stuck,so I knocked on the door and without ever coming over to explain,the lady inside finally acknowledged us and says we're closed. I yell back,but your hours here say until 8pm. It's only 7:30. She starts rambling on and was just annoyed that we were there. We couldn't make out what the heck she was saying so we just left. This is unacceptable and very sad. Nobody should be made to feel like a vother just for wanting to patron some place. We'd been driving for a long while and had a lot to do last evening. If a location wants to close early then at the very least put a sign up! Smh. Absolutely disgusted and I'll never give them our business...

While I was getting my sub made, one of the workers started on another sun. While the other customer and I where picking out the vegetables for our sandwiches. The worker that was making the other sub reached over my sub and basically had his shirt in my sub. The other work saw this and never said anything. Since I already paid and wouldn't trust them to make another one, I just throw out the sub. I understand mistakes happen, but not to offer to fix that mistake is appalling. Will never go to that subway again. I'll stick to the one in medina...

This is your average Subway. Nothing to write home about here. The seating is tight though, but it's not usually crowded here. Same ingredients as you will find at any other store in the chain. The drink machine is often under service, but overall it's an acceptable stop for lunch. Coupons can be a hassle to use here as this store doesn't appreciate their use... I've always had success, but it's like pulling teeth to get them to honor them. The new app is better for...
