Keith's Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Logan

Here are the highlights: Patio tables are all broken. Beer cans and trash laying around on patio. Tables were very dirty. Mildew and mold everywhere on patio. Nothing included fries or sides. A baked potato is $9. They were out of a lot of drinks. Owners kids know no boundaries.

We ordered our food about 20 minutes after getting here all together. Half of our group was served 50 minutes after that. The other half didn’t get their food until another 30 minutes after that.

While we waited for our food, the owners kids (or grandkids, unclear) ran around unsupervised, screaming and yelling on the patio where our group was seated. The parents were inside well aware of the situation. This continued on and off for at least 30 minutes on and off before someone from our group had to say something. The food was average, but not worth the wait and the frustration.

Waitress was super sweet and overworked. She was the only one on service, and she was working hard.

We knew this was a more rough around the edges kind of place. We visited last year and it was an average experience, not exceptional, not terrible. This was ridiculous. I very rarely leave anything other than 5-stars, but this was a real waste of...

The photo is what a man looks like when he has spent an hour and a half listening to the bartenders 3 children (parents nowhere to be found) scream at the top of their lungs while waiting for a hot dog instead of riding the trails...

This place was so bad. We sat outside on the patio where the furniture was literally crumbling. Half of our group got their food 50 minutes before the other half. I got a $19 hamburger that didn't come with any sides. French fries are extra. The burger wasn't good, the fries I paid extra for were cold, and the whole debacle took 2 hours start to finish.

The waitress was trying her hardest and I don't think it's her fault. She was the only one working. It seems like more a failure of the establishment.

If you're going to make people wait almost 2 hours for food, please don't make them listen to unattended, screaming children...

Is this under new management? Or am I the only sober person leaving a review? Food was decent, but literally kid-size portions. Entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. Have to use flashlight on cell phone to read menu because it's so dark in there. Waitress looked high as a kite. Her common answer was "I'm honestly not sure...I'm new here". Well can you not go ask someone??? My problem isn't with her, she was obviously lost as could be. But all the other girls working there that KNOW our waitress had no clue what she was doing.,..you couldn't stop in to make sure the customers are ok??? SMH...
