Morrison's Drive Inn — Restaurant in Logan

I love Morrison's drive inn!!! I have drove from Chesapeake Ohio all the way to Logan Wva just to eat here! It's been open for as long as I can remember. I can remember my grandparents bringing me here to eat when I was a small child and now I bring my own children here to eat too!! Their fish basket is the best and the price is well worth it! Curbside service isn't very common anymore and they still have the curbside Service! As soon as u pull in they are at your window taking your order! Even though everything is cooked fresh it's still very fast service! They also have picnic tables just in case you don't want to eat in your car! The family and I was in town for a baseball game and a friend from the area told me they had the best food around, so we gave it a try. The food was good, don't get me wrong I had a BBQ sandwich and a hotdog with chili/hotdog sauce (whichever you call it .lol) The hotdog sauce/chili is not sweet, so if your like me, and like it sweet, you won't be impressed. The BBQ sandwich was really good though. It did take about 25 minutes to get our food but we had a large order and they were busy, so I expected that. Fantastic hotdogs. Steamed and wrapped in clear paper, the toppings all blend together for a truly good WV hotdog. Service was great. The only part that I consider a mark against them are the cheese fries. While they load them up with cheese and at first glance they look amazing, the cheese isn’t melted completely and because it’s cold it creates a really awkward bite. The fries seemed to have been under a heater because if they had been freshly fried, I would imagine they would have melted the cheese completely.
