Went to go get food when everything said they were open and they were closed. Wasted 15 minutes of Drive time and 5 minutes realizing they were closed on a Friay. Also they are missing Menu selection food signs as well as something dropped onto my vehicle from a huge Crack in their Drive through portion of the building. I am not sure what is going on outside of Pandemic reasons but I did not appreciate the wasted 40ish minutes and the stuff falling onto my vehicle.
Update: They have no interest in resolving their issues or even making sure everything is safe for people or their property. I would avoid this particular BK at all costs because the only part about KING in their name here is taking your money and not caring.
Last Update: They do not care about their customer past getting your money and throwing your food at you even if it isn't hot. Their building and drive through are in a dangerous state that can damage your vehicles. Do not go here and take the time to go to the one...

Finally got it, went back to work (which is only 90 seconds away) only to find there was no cheese. Went back right away. They put cheese on it. Went back to work again. Bit into my chicken sandwich and.... it was cold. I didn't have time to go there a 3rd time on my lunch break and just settled for eating a cold chicken sandwich. What's worse is that this is not the only issue. ALWAYS slow. Quite a few times food was either wrong or overdone/dry/old. I like BK, but that location is pretty bad. Too bad it's the only one close to my work. Maybe I just need to ignore the BK urge at lunch...
Read moreThe food at this BK location is just as good as any BK location. The service is standard. The atmosphere is very subpar to all other BK locations. Like is VERY, VERY dated. Nothing wrong with that, it's just not a good difference. At this location I noticed I get my order wrong more often than not. For example, I paid an extra $1.50 for a 3rd beef patti on my Bacon King and it wasn't there. This item was in a Grubhub order and I called BK and they said they'd put my name down so that next time I'm there, they will replace it for free along with an 8 piece mozzarella sticks that were legit hard has rocks. They told me "we don't keep a binder with customer names of orders to replace" so needless to say what I was promised,...
