Restaurant Y Panaderia Phoenix — Restaurant in London Grove Township

I ordered chorizo tacos. Open the box and two things hit me. The pork is a sort of pinkish, industrial color and there is only one tortilla per taco. Odd. I bite in and the tortillas were the cleanest, smoothest, softest tortillas I've ever had. They are like melting clouds in my mouth. They must make them in house. Just incredible.

The pork has good flavor, it wasn't industrial as I feared, but honestly the tortillas are so beautiful it is hard to focus on the chorizo.

Got tacos al pastor and they were super legit. They make the corn tortillas in house and you can tell, because they are fluffy as clouds. Plus they have my favorite taco compliment, Sidral Mundet apple soda. Definitely worth a stop. I will be returning here again for sure, especially because I need to try their tamales after reading...
