Subway — Restaurant in Londonderry Township

This Subway is located inside of Loves and is supposedly open 24/7. I stopped in and noticed they have Auntie Ann's Pretzels on promo @ $3.00 for a foot long, so I thought maybe I'd try it. All of a sudden the two clueless female employees looked at one another as though they just saw a ghost or something. They were so confused and didn't know what to do. Then one of them said, we can make you a fresh one, they're in the freezer area. I said to her ok and she replied, it'll only take a few moments to make. I replied, take your time, I'm not in any rush. A few moments later, they both appeared from the back room area with that same confused look on their faces, as though they just arrived here from the planet Zoo Loo. The one girl said to me, we're all out of them, I replied, its not a problem, mauve next time. Have a nice day. I thought I'd just walked in and out of the twilight zone! In closing, I do-not recommend anybody coming to this filthy-dirty unorganized, poorly trained Subway. Avoid this place like the Plague. To finalize this review my mother was traumatized while using the restroom area, as she proceeded to wash her hands, she noticed a dead mouse sitting in front of her on the counter next to the sink. On my way out I advised one of the workers what occurred in the restroom and instead of apologizing, she said was several times today. They should've brought over a Store Manger immediately! TERRIBLE OVERNIGHT STAFF - who just wants to sits their back and get paid for doing nothing.

This store is open 24 hours and the employee named “JOHN” was literally HIDING behind the kitchen door while we were asking for help to place a sandwich order at 2 am, after a long drive in a semi truck.

After waiting for a long time and knocking on the door, knowing he was there just ignoring us customers, he came to the door with an disgusting aggressive attitude and yelled “LEAVE!!! I’M ON BREAK!” He refused to serve me when I ask for a sandwich. I was in shock. I ain’t even talking about him leaving the store and cashier unattended while he’s on duty and it’s at 2am in the morning. He should get fired for this unacceptable behavior. I can’t believe Subway still keeps these staff although tons of people complaining here about the same things on reviews. I should’ve read the reviews before going there.

Today I ordered a sub at lunch, there was a new gentleman named Taylor. He was working so hard during rush hour. The manager Robyn was so rude and unprofessional towards him in front of everyone. You could tell he felt so unappreciated by the look on his face when she ignored him. If he was unsure he asked questions and all she did was get nasty and start taking orders over him.
