Red Arrow Diner is an INSTITUTION in the state of NH and specifically in ManchVegas (Manchester). Just ask Adam Sandler who has a booth named after him. I visited the Londonderry location which is not the HQ but was a nice visit back to the hometown. Nevertheless, they serve good food 24 hours a day and what more can you really ask for than that? This meal was eaten at 1:30am for reference. #nhfoodie #nhfood #redarrowdiner #foodbloggerlife

The food was decent the service was horrible. I came here with my husband and upon walking in we were not greeted by anyone. We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before my husband had to stop one of the waitresses and ask if we seat ourselves or what. By then there were no booths left so we had no choice but to sit at the counter. During this time 3 other couples of a different race were seated and greeted within seconds of walking in. No biggie I don’t mind the counter. We sat down and were offered no menus/utensils. Sat for another 10 minutes just watching them stand there sip out their Stanley cups chit chatting before I took it upon myself to get up and grab menus from the other counter. A few minutes later a couple came in and sat where I had taken the menus from and the woman who told us to sit at the counter but did not provide us with menus (the chubby one in all black), went and got them menus from behind the counter. They ordered their food and it came out before we even got to order our drinks. Horrible. Like I said the food was decent. Nothing spectacular you can’t really mess up a burger/fries or pasta meal. I had to add lots of salt and pepper to my pasta to fully enjoy it bc there was a little puddle of water under the pasta making the sauce runny/less flavorful. The ice cream on the brownie sundae was icy not as creamy, but the dessert was better than the food itself. For a $60 bill I expected more from the service. Our waitress was pleasant though and seemed to be doing her best with her workload she kept apologizing for it taking so long and was the only one with a lasting smile. I would also like to add that I’m not sure if our waitress was in training as to why they operate this way, however she seemed to be doing WAY more than the other 3 girls combined. We sat and observed and the chubby girl in the black only cleared plates (not all of them only the ones from the counter she was standing in front of the majority of the time, not the booths) and seated/greeted guests (besides us that is), the shorter one in purple only filled drinks and ice at the machine, the older lady in green only ran orders for the booths on the right side of the diner and made coffee. But our waitress seemed to be taking orders at the booths and the counter, running food on the right side of the diner, refilling drinks, cashing out checks, double checking her customers if they needed anything, and communicating with the cooks in the back. Not cool. Idk if that’s how they train or if they just rotate duties each shift and she got the short end of the stick. Our least favorite was the chubby shorter girl in the black with the ponytail. She didn’t crack one smile and had horrible customer service, also seemed lazy doing the bare minimum. Didn’t get any names from the waitresses but she was the only heavy set younger one who I overheard only works the later shifts. Our experience probably would have been better if it wasn’t for her.

Nestled in the heart of Londonderry, NH, Red Arrow Diner stands as a testament to timeless charm and the power of creating cherished memories. Having visited this iconic establishment countless times, I can confidently say that each visit is a journey back in time and a celebration of the flavors that have consistently won my heart. Walking into Red Arrow Diner feels like stepping into a nostalgic haven where tradition and modernity coexist in perfect harmony. The retro decor, complete with cozy booths and vintage signs, exudes a welcoming aura that instantly transports patrons to an era where diners were more than just places to eat – they were hubs of community and connection. Throughout my numerous visits, I've had the pleasure of exploring a wide range of their menu offerings, and each time, I'm met with a delightful dilemma of choices. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast to kickstart your day or a comforting dinner that feels like a warm embrace, Red Arrow Diner delivers with unwavering consistency. The menu's star attraction, however, remains their classic diner fare that holds a special place in the hearts of regulars and newcomers alike. The burgers boast a perfect balance of juiciness and flavor, while the sandwiches and melts are crafted with a dedication to quality that's hard to find elsewhere. And let's not forget their renowned milkshakes – a creamy and dreamy indulgence that completes every meal with a touch of sweetness. For me, Red Arrow Diner isn't just a restaurant; it's a repository of cherished memories. It's the place where I celebrated birthdays, caught up with friends, and shared laughter with loved ones. It's the spot where I retreated to find solace in a plate of comfort food during challenging times. It's a classic that has witnessed my life's moments, big and small. In conclusion, Red Arrow Diner in Londonderry, NH, is more than just an eatery – it's a time-honored institution that has withstood the test of time for a reason. With its blend of nostalgic charm, exceptional flavors, and a touch of personal magic, it continues to capture the hearts of all who walk through its doors. If you're seeking not just a meal, but an experience that encapsulates the essence of a classic diner, Red Arrow Diner is an absolute must-visit.

My partner and I placed a take-out order through the website for the Londonderry location at 10:50 am on 5/27/24. We ordered (2) Stan the Man breakfasts with panfries, one of which we paid for 2 extra eggs. The confirmation email assured us that the order would be ready for pickup between 11:10 am and 11:20 am. Eager to enjoy our meal, we arrived at the restaurant promptly at 11:10 am and patiently waited in the car until 11:20 am. At that point, my partner went inside to collect our order. However, it wasn't until 11:40 am, after a considerable wait, that the hostess handed over our order (thankfully, the receipt on the bag was correct). Upon returning to the car, my partner noticed that the silverware we requested was missing. I took our receipt back inside and politely asked the hostess for the silverware. However, upon inspecting our order more closely, my partner realized that it was incorrect. Instead of the (2) Stan the Mans we ordered, one with 2 extra eggs, we received one standard Stan the Man and another meal that appeared to be some type of omelet. Frustrated and disappointed after waiting longer than anticipated, I returned to the store with our bag and receipt to address the issue. I informed the hostess that our order was incorrect and, given the circumstances, I preferred a refund as the food we received did not match what we paid for. However, to my surprise, the hostess informed me that because we ordered online, there was nothing she could do. Seeking a resolution, I requested to speak with a manager. I observed the hostess walk over to her manager and engage in a conversation. Upon her return, she handed me a phone number and advised me to "call corporate" to address the issue. Disheartened by the lack of immediate resolution, I left the establishment still awaiting some sort of acknowledgment and resolution to our order mishap. As of current, I have not been contacted back by Red Arrow.

Edited to add: 3 days after, I emailed with the restaurant, and I am content with the resolution provided: which was my money returned and the mention of providing better training to the staff for solutions for the future. Because of this, I have updated my rating to reflect the restaurant's willingness to resolve this matter, specifically the service rating and the...
