Thank you for having Chris on your team. My wife andd I stopped by after doing some late shopping at the Mall. At 9:00 PM at night, we did not expect that, as busy as it was, we would be greeted by a very inteeligent smile and professional manner as Chris asked, "what would you like?" Chris not only was focused on us, but also everything going on around him. Based on the interaction of Chris and his co-worker, whom I am guessing was fairly new and seemed to be looking to Chris for Direction in the art of sandwich making. Chris, unflinchingly proceeded to assist his teammate, while seemlessly continued the process of attending to customer a most natural and comfortable manner. Hats of to you Chris!
