The Bacon Barn Diner — Restaurant in Londonderry

Went on a whim, really nice Sunday morning around 10am. Even though it was busy we were seated quickly on the patio. Things seemed a bit discombobulated as 3 people tried to/took out drink order. When things finally shook out and our waitress got the coffee right on the 3rd try it was ordering time. My wife just wanted 1 biscuit and gravy with 1 egg so ala carte seemed to be the way to go. Rather than helping with a better choice or asking if we had ever been in before and making suggestions she just shot out with "that'll be more expensive". She then took my order and away she went for 12 mins till breakfast came. I can say my over medium eggs were cooked perfect... Runny yellow, tight whites. The hash browns were crispy outside, English muffin was grilled nice and brown but not dry and the sausage was excellent. The biscuits were good, gravy seemed to be the same canned gravy as several other places we have been. Only drawback is we never saw our waitress again until it was bill time. Was there a few years ago and it seemed like he got bigger portions a few years ago.. when I was there a couple of months ago the line was absurd,. portions were much smaller.. and I never got a refill on my coffee.. we sat in the parking lot waiting for the phone call that we could go in.. we were out there by 40 minutes.. all that and I couldn't get a refill on my coffee.. definitely not what I was a few years ago.. I love the cute little pigs everywhere I love your coffee mugs.. put the portion sizes don't seem like they were as big as they were few years ago and the wait was absurd.. I would definitely go back.. I just wish it was the same place it was when I went years ago.. I wonder if you're such a thing as some place becoming so popular that it becomes inefficient because people are too busy.. I guess as long as you're getting that money and it's all that matters so from your standpoint you're doing great.. from the guy that's waiting in his car 40 minutes not so great.. the slice of ham I got was...

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER------ Your online menu CLEARLY STATES "Honey fried bone-in chicken, breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick." This is a LIE! Update your online menu if you've chosen to downgrade your product. Stop lying, you should know your OWN WEBSITE before making an ignorant response that makes you look silly, try again.

GOING DOWNHILL!!! They used to have a delicious bacon bomb waffle with bone-in chicken on top with crispy honey skin. When I ordered it today it came with frozen chicken strips on top!! That’s like replacing my gourmet hamburger with one from McDonalds. The fact that they still charge $24 is ridiculous, if they advised me of the change and made a price deduction accordingly beforehand I would understand, but no warning was given! I ordered it to-go, and when I opened it up at home I tried calling, but of course their phones don’t work.
