Bowker's South Beach Grill — Restaurant in Long Beach Township

If I could rate this place with less then 1 star, I would. So we ordered hogie's and cheese steaks. The cheese steaks were ok, and seriously lacking with the amount of meat for $10. Flavor was ok, really nothing to talk about. The Italian hogie was mostly ham and the ham was mushy. Really a below average hogie. But when I decided to never give them business again is when I realized the extent of their price gouging. If you were to buy 2 half gallons of milk, that would be $12. I saw they sold monster energy drinks. I brought 2, for $8. I almost choked. When do you get off charging double for items. Absolutely crazy. They are not the only store for 20 miles and that is how they act! If you want to get ripped off this is the store for you!...

Bowker's South Beach Grill is right across the street from the Beach at the Beautiful Southern Tip of Long Beach Island, NJ. Eileen, The Owner, runs a Great place to eat. Over the years I have eaten at Bowker's 100+ times and the food is very good. I recommend very highly that everyone eat at Bowker's and visit the southern tip of Long Beach Island with the Spectacular 3 Mile Long Wildlife Preserve Beach with A 100 Car Free Parking Lot & Restrooms Right At The Beach. You Will Appreciate The Food At Bowker's And You Will Love This End of Long Beach Island surrounded by water...

Dont waste you're money. Ordered an $11 burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and onion rings on it. What I got was a half cooked soggy frozen burger without a hint of kind of taste and they forgot to add the lettuce tomato and onion rings. So for $18 i got a soggy frozen burger patty on a roll, a tiny bag of potato chips and a small lemonade.
