Was not busy at all, and crazy hot. Poor employees. The girl shattered 50% of the $2 premium cone and handed it to me. She said it would be ok. I walked out the door, and threw it in the garbage, because I would be wearing the blue ice cream on my way home, bc there was no way it would stay together. This place is a fine place to stop for ice cream. Ordering food seems to take forever and they don’t seem set up for it. During my most recent visit, I ordered a custard cone that I paid more than $4 for. Definitely my mistake for not specifying a size, but she didn’t ask and I don’t know what I was given for that price but it was very small, like 2 inches tall from the top of the cone. Decent food but overpriced and disorganized. Staff was easily overwhelmed by the slightest volume and even though they asked for my name with my order, as it came out in parts they had no clue which parts of the order were mine or if they were part of someone else's order. The teen bringing the food out asked me if it was mine, as if I knew what everyone else was waiting for.
