I visited One Way Brewing for the first time, but I tried their beers on beer festivals before. The brewery is extremely small. It has one small indoors room and an even smaller patio. There are different seating options including soft couches. They schedule a lot of events like trivias and concerts to bring people in. No food is available, but there is a pizza place right next door, so you can order there. The beers were generally good. You can order a flight of 4 to try multiple beers. There is a a variety in available styles. They had 7 drinks on tap when I visited and every one belonged to its own style. I tried every beer available for this review and enjoyed most of them. The beers are just good, worth a drink but wouldn't blow your mind. I enjoyed Breakfast at the kitchen (Stout) and their signature drink Hen Hao (Hard tea). Both were rich in taste and memorable. The place is not insulated well, so it was pretty cold despite the room being packed with people. I guess this place is popular with the locals based on the crowd. I definitely recommend visiting it if you're in the area, but not sure if it's worth a drive otherwise.

What a great neighborhood brewery! Thought we don’t live the closest, we would definitely travel to come back! The staff was friendly, and the beer was delicious! The owners overheard it was our first time, and came to ask us about which beer was our favorite; it was a great touch! Not the biggest place, but it makes up for it with great service and great beer!

Great local brewery! Very friendly and welcoming. We ordered 2 flights, all brews are specially crafted to perfection. Love and thought goes into every brew, the owner ( very nice guy ) explained to us how they craft their hard teas, we got the passion fruit and would highly recommend. If you are in the area, check out #onewaybrewing you won't be disappointed

This review is for a take away 4 pack of their Solo Seat IPA in early June.

Everyone helping was really nice, but the beer for its price ($6/can) just fell well short of my expectations. It’s an early stage brewery so I didn’t expect wonders, but if I’m getting a beer branded as having Citra hops I don’t expect it to have an overwhelming Warrior like hops profile. Beyond this the beer just seemed really really thin and lacking body.

I like the name/branding/location and really want to see this local place succeed. Will give them a second shot in another few months and update my review...

Went there 2 Saturdays in a row. The first Saturday we had Pam as our bartender, she was great, very knowledgeable about the beers, very friendly, greeted us by saying welcome to Onw Way and is this your first time here? She even suggested we try a slice from Frankie's Pizza right next door. Went back this Saturday, the beer was sill cold and tasty but a complete turn around on staff. She was nice but seemed kinda shy. We'll go back again and see lol Oh I asked what their flagstaff beer was, she said Kickstarter, I ordered one, she said sorry we don't have...
