Bombongo Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Longview

This place is very over priced. But that is not the bad part. The customer service was the worst I have ever had in Longview since I have been back which is two years now. I can go on and on but I will keep it short. The young lady that took our order was extremely rude to me my sister and mother. Mom is 57 years old. She dis not give me her name but if I had it I would write it on this review. She has no business working in customer service. When it wad time to order she was very obnoxious and rude. Very aggressive and defensive for no reason. When it came time to charge us she was unable to tell us how much each item was priced because they have no prices on menu only pictures to select from. So all I did was ask and she was unfamiliar with prices. When she did tell me it was so o er priced. So after that my mom ordered and when it was time to pay she over charged my mom. After that we got notifications on our phone stating we were chared double. As soon as we noticed my mom tried to ask her why but she gave my mom the hardest time and was very uncooperative. So we ask for the manager. She said " well you cant speak to her" I said why not she responded " because you just can't." After that she tells me the manager is not there in store so i ask for the managers contact information. At first she refused to give it to me but after I calmed her down because the whole time we tried to get our mo at that was owed she was very rude. During our visit to the establishment, we had an overall pleasant experience while inside. The cashier that got our orders was really nice, and such an overenthusiastic person, while also smiling the whole time. The atmosphere was decent. The whole area had an open atmosphere, while being accompanied with music in the background. The only (not so) negative comment I have about the atmosphere, is the decorations. It feels really unbalanced, and not appealing. Lastly, the food (as always) was superb. You have a multitude of customizable options you can choose from, which give you more freedom over your order. I was over charged for two large fresh waters. Before handing over my card i was tld $7 and some change the cashier asked if i wanted a receipt i trusted them and told her no. Later after checking my account i was charged $16 and some change. I've called multiple times and can't seem to reach anyone on the phone. Very poor...
