Went to sonic (Judson)this morning craving a burger.. I ordered waited over 15 minutes to get it I tipped my carhop and went home . Got home and my burger was super old like a day old . Meat was hard very dry and the cheese was super old and the bun itself was super hard and old as well.. I was so mad I couldn't just settle and eat it knowing everything is so expensive and the wait and the tip I gave I just had to take it back. Got to the store and the Manager immediately came out (No Attitude like most managers like I did something wrong) to address the issue and she really Did (NIKKI) the manager apologized and Remade my burger š personally and gave me a few coupons and let me know that she spoke with her employees and reassured me that this will not happen again and it's not acceptable.. I actually went back to the store to get my money back and I was very surprised by the Respect and Professionalism from the Manager (NIKKI) I had to allow her to make things right and she did that and Much Much More and the Burger was super fresh and was very good.. Thank you NIKKI!! You need a raise and other managers should learn from you on how to Make a Paying Customer happy even if things were so wrong before.. I will give this store a 3 it was a 0 stars when I saw and bit the first nasty old burger .. They would have gotten 5 Stars if the burger was like the 1 NIKKI...

Fine, things happen but the carhop didnāt have the courtesy to let us know. 3. Fries were stale and lukewarm. Open the wrapper to the burgers. COLD. I proceed to the drive thru window to request a refund. As Iām waiting on someone to acknowledge me, I see an employee eating a burger at the front counter, in the food prep area, and LICKING HER FINGERS. Yes, itās on video, but Iāll spare the girl the embarrassment. While everyone is being cautious about germs, this isnāt the time or place to be putting your saliva on your hands thatās used to prepare the publicās food. We all know thereās things happening behind the scenes at restaurants, but to continue to eat in the customerās view, in the food prep area, says a whole lot about proper food handling by the employees. Plus, no one licks their fingers eating a cold hamburger. Something tells me hers was prepared better than ours. I was instructed to call the 800 number to request a refund, which I did and was refunded...

I checked into Stall 3 and waited 20 minutes before pushing button to check on my order. They assured me it would be right out. 8 minutes later when it didn't arrive I pushed button and told them I couldn't wait any longer (I was on my lunch for work) and asked for a refund. She said she would refund my card but when this happened another time,credit was never applied. I told her that right before she disconnected me. I pushed the button again but she never answered. My order arrived while i was waiting on her to answer. The chicken was cold,tea was great. I asked the car hop what was going on? This used to be the best Sonic around but service and quality of food has really gone down She said no one wants to work. Very disappointing because this use to be my go to for a quick good lunch. Judson Road location in Longview Texas I miss the good service from friendly people...
