La Tentación Pizzas & Mexican Food — Restaurant in Longwood

I just learned about La Tentación this morning and I was instantly curious as I always wanted a good taco place in Longwood. As Wako Taco is overrated. The staff is kind and immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in. I tried the Al pastor, Chicken, and Asada tacos with the corn tortilla. They were all equally delicious, and I also tried the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was the perfect size and tasted great! I would recommend the salsas! They have one that is definitely hotter than the other but is my favorite by far. Overall I believe I found my new favorite food spot here in Longwood! I would recommend to give them a try! I started coming here shortly after they opened it's a nice mom and pop restaurant with a lot of variety and soild food. My go-to is always the Torta ($10) it's essentially a big sandwich with whatever meat you desire with lettuce, Tom, jalapeños, Avo, mayo and sour cream and it's very filling. On TUESDAY, they do a B2G1 deal on their tacos, and they are also very delicious ($2.75 each) they come topped with cilantrillo, onions radish and a lime wedge. They are a bit on the smaller side but a steal for the price you pay .Their pizza is another thing they do fantastic. It's New York style, and I usually make a custom order of half red sauce half pesto sauce with pepperoni and jalapeños. This place recently opened and I happened to be driving in the area and thought I'd stop by and try it. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican tacos this is the place to go! I got a platter of five types & each one was just as good as the others. So I didn't try anything other than the tacos but they were making the pizza there and that looked good as well. I will say if you're going for tacos check out the picture and you'll understand that they're quite a bit smaller than normal ones so you're going to have to order more, and that's going to increase the price.
