El Taco ’Bout It — Restaurant in Lopez Island

DELICIOUS! I visited Lopez this past weekend for the very first time to photograph a campsite elopement. El Taco Bout It catered 260 tacos and they were amazing, including the pickled carrots and jalapenos! Not to mention the employees were so nice! We loved it so much, we visited their wagon the following day to try other menu items. The marinated pork quesadilla.... OH MAN! It was delicious and makes the taco wagons local to me look bad. Whats not to love about a local food truck. In the heart of Lopez center, this truck provides three options. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas. Thats all you would ever need.
