3 strikes in a row for me now, I won't be returning to this location. The staff at this location have made it very apparent that they can't utilize their work ethic & pull together as a team to deliver & satisfy the customer/customers (especially when it gets a little busier) Visually, there's ZERO lack of concern in their facial expressed... because quite frankly, they could care less, they're just there to make a paycheck & have overheard staff members say out loud a couple times now that, "they can't wait to get off work" or "Is this over with already?! I'm so over this today." I've sat in the drive-thru line & waited close to 10 minutes before, today being the last, I waited 15 minutes before cars started even moving so the lady could take my payment. After being handed my order, I drove off quickly being that I had to get back to work & lunch breaks consist of a short half hour for myself... I didn't get a chance to check my order until returning to the office. I had ordered a, Crispy chicken sandwich meal with a large coke (I would've preferred a caramel frappe, however was told, "They didn't have that today" ....again, being it wasn't working 2 weeks ago during my previous stop) Upon opening my bag, fries are spilled, no napkins & no crispy chicken sandwich. Read moreI’ve wondered for so many years how this location is still open. I’ve lived around the corner for two years. For six months straight, they had no iced coffee in the mornings. Until finally I said, “do you guys just not order your products?” They went back to having iced coffee for maybe two weeks. Now it’s hit or miss. I’ve ordered on the BK app and prepaid for my meal, only for the manager to cancel my order while I’m at the window and refuse to give me food or compensation claiming I didn’t pay for my food, I had a receipt and online order confirmation. I have had probably 8/10 orders from there in the last 6 years (YES. SIX. AS I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LOCAL) come out cold, incorrect or just flat out gross. The kicker for me is that the franchise allows them to continue to operate when they don’t even operate within the hours they’re set to! Countless times have I pulled up to the drive thru window only to find out that no one bothered to open the location on time. In all my years of retail; I have NEVER not opened on time. Within a minute or two of being late, sure. But 30 minutes after six and still? No one? This location is a joke. And should of been closed down years ago. Read moreI am a door dasher that has been dashing since the beginning of the pandemic and ever since I started their doors have always been locked, ALWAYS LOCKED! I usually still get out and check just to go back to my car and go thru the drive thru to pick up my deliveries. I finally stopped wasting my time going to the door and went straight to the drive thru on the ONE AND ONLY day the doors were no longer locked. When I got to the speaker to tell them I was there for Door Dash I was greeted with "you're supposed to come into the store for those orders but I guess you can go thru the drive thru this one time" with MAJOR attitude. When I got to the window I asked her when they had started opening up the dining room because just 2 days before the doors were locked. She came back with "they have always been open and I must have just come on a day they were short staffed" yet again attitude off the wall because I asked a legitimate question.
