Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lorain

I don't really like Papa, John's pizza. This is, I believe the second time ever. I've had it was on christmas day, this year and it was not planned and I had no intention of going there for any pizza, because I had to stop I was hungry and I had hoped maybe the pizza would be different this time. If you are someone that cooks from scratch the way I do. And you learn to make things such as soups, broth salads, pizza bread, you name it from scratch from your parents. You are tuned in taste, wise to herbs, sugars. Other things of that nature. I don't like sugary foods. I can taste the sugar in the sauce. It's gross, I don't understand and the only thing I can conclude for all those people talk about this is a great pizza like Tony, the tiger, it is nasty. And I don't believe people that eat this pizza cook themselves regularly or us have much exposure to Food that you cook from scratch Because if they did, they would be able to taste about the sugar in here and a sauce, a tomato sauce should not be sugary.It should be savory. In today's food, especially in the United States. There is too much sugar in everything. High fructose sugar, cane sugar, you name it. There's just too much sugar, and the sauce is gross, the pizza crust the dough that they use it. It didn't taste that great, either. It's kind of a morph between sorta kind of done in i'm getting there. It was just not good. The only thing good about it was the cheese on top, and that's just how I feel about it. I'm used to cooking from scratch. I'm used to taking tomatoes making my own sauce. I like Pizza Hut because simple fact you don't taste all this sugar in their sauce and I like their little, tiny personal PAN peaches because On that pizza, the crust is different cause. I it's the only type of crust I can eat with them. It's crispy and it's, you don't taste a lot of gluten in it. You taste a ton of gluten in the Papa John's Pizza and I just, I said it was not a great experience for me. The staff at this store are exceptional, but as far as the pizza it sucks. I just placed an order for delivery from the store two blocks from my house as always and the order arrived and instead of a 2-Liter of Brisk sweet tea they gave me two 16 oz bottles of Brisk lemon tea and it's not even a option at this location. So I call, and they tell me that they can't find my order. I give them the order number from the email confirmation and on the side of the box and still they can't find it. He then tried to say maybe I ordered from a different store and I explained that I watched it go from the shop to my house on the tracker and because of the closeness I always order here. So my order isn't right and they aren't going to fix it so I'm stuck. This happens all the time. I order Pepsi zero for my hubby because he is a diabetic and they just give you whatever they want and you got to call and on and on. Where we live there are pizza places everywhere. I can buy pizza from three other places that are within walking distance and not have to deal with this. Absolutely DONE with the crappy service and subpar...
