Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lorain

What a mess. I called and ordered with Pizza Hut. Guy taking my order charged me one price which wasn't enough for delivery. Which I was confused because I do the same order for delivery monthly. Then he stated he was incorrect, the total was $4.49 higher as they do a delivery charge and that met the minimum. Then they transferred my order to have doordash deliver. When dasher arrives they tell me I need to pay in cash plus any tips. They sat in my driveway while on the phone with doordash confirming I paid with card. In the meantime, I called Pizza Hut and they confirmed it was a card payment and they would let doordash know. 10 minutes later dasher is still in my driveway. I call pizza hut back and they tell me they confirmed with doordash I paid by card. So I told pizza hut I wrote on a slip to add $7.00 tip when they delivered the pizza. Pizza hut told me they cannot add the tip now that it transferred to doordash. The poor dasher is out of a tip because of Pizza Hut mistake. I look bad like I didn't tip. And if they sent the order to doordash where did the $4.49 delivery fee go? Pizza hut got mad and hung up on me after I asked why they didnt ask me to add tip when they took my order as this all could have...

So I am done going to the pizza hut on Colorado Ave in Lorain. Twice now my order was incorrect. The first time the entire pizza was made incorrect. We called the store to inform of our incorrectly made pizza where we were told we would have a credit added to our account.

I went back on 12 April 23 only to be told that we were lied to about having our credit added to our account that they were no longer allowed to give credits. The drive through lady was argumentative and inappropriate. She did not attempt to make any part of my present or past experience better and said there was nothing they could do.

To add insult to injury, I again received a wrong item. I was given the wrong salad and told to wait an additional 10 mins for them to make a new salad. To top of this horrible experience two fold, my husband got food poisoning from the pizza and when I asked for the name of the rude cashier, I was told they were not allowed to give me the cashier's name! I will now take my business elsewhere....

Ordered a New York style pizza, 2 order of wings, and a bacon cheesy bread. But where to begin…

The pizza was so greasy, the bottom of it, and some of the dough looked greasy, you know, when something is old and reheated it just soaks the grease.

The wings were boneless breaded. Some were old and dry looking with dark brown spots of where they had been sitting too long under a hot lamp, or were re-fried. The other half? Undercooked, both sets of 16- looked exactly the same.

Was charged for 4 sauces I never got for the wings.

The cheesy bread, undercooked.

We kept what we could salvage, cooked the undercooked - fresh chicken, and cheesy bread.

I feel bad, because I am sure that the staff has little control over this, or maybe they do. Whoever is the manager is gross, no way did I want to pay 55$ for undercooked/old food they couldn’t sell the night before, day, week. Will certainly never...
