Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lorena

I'm giving sonic 1 star and that's a hard thing for me to do .. I love sonic. And my favorite is their slushy, but lately I've been getting short changed , they are literally helping themselves to my change. Now I can understand a small miscalculation but it's more than that it's down right blatant. Not even offering a receipt , and it's not just one location I've been slighted at all 3 locations on the south side . So that tells me it's not just the employees doing this it goes up to management. It's too wide spread just to be a few bad apples. And think about it. Everytime I go there is a long slow line. All day every day and if you hit people for 39¢ up to $1 like I've been robbed for all those people and I'm sure none complain , that's alot of money. .so I've been using my dash cam. And they seem to know because they won't do but if I'm in another car bamm I get hit . So I figure in the last 3 months I must've lost at least $20. I go everyday for a slush .. but I'm getting sick of being ripped off. I work hard for my ends and not for some crackish chick to pocket my gold. I'm officially boycotting sonic and and going to post on Facebook and Instagram...

I often stop here and geta foot long chili - cheese Coney with extra onions and jalapeños and a large order of tater tots with chili and cheese added and a double cheeseburger with extra onions,and extra mayonnaise, two Route 44 Grape Slushy and one large Reeces Blast for the long drive. They are convenient on my drive from Austin to El Paso so I don't have to stop for refills. Im in a hurry to visit my fat girlfriend in her delapidated , one bedroom,single wide mobile home while her criminally violent husband is hard at work in the oil industry in Odessa. It's very dangerous, back breaking work out there in the Hot Texas sun. He probably won't be around much longer before he has a heat stroke or meets with an unfortunate accident, or was it?. It's not horrible.... Got a quarter pound foot long coney with a large big red light ice, and a medium tots. My order was taken, and brought out rather quickly considering how busy it was when I ordered. The coney felt undercooked, as it was still pretty solid feeling biting into it, but still warm and tasty. The drink was great, actual light ice. Sonic in general seems to have a huge hard on for long drinks with ice way more than industry standard, and it's almost impossible to get ACTUAL light ice, but that's what I got. Most pleased. Tots were perfect eating temp, though a bit over salted, but that's probably just me. The carhop, though she was nice, just walked off without giving me my change. Granted it was only 11¢, it's still rude to just take the money and walk off. I hope that's not standard practice at...
