I love the fresh pasta and the variety of cheeses and sauces you can buy with it. My all time favorite is the black ink pasta that I usually make with some seafood. One package feeds at least 4 which makes it a great value both for quality and price. I also love the lasagna which is a delicious option if you don’t feel like cooking. You just pop it in the oven and done! The typical pasta from Sardinia it’s such a treat! Sardinia is Claudio’s native land so you can’t get more authentic than this. Claudio is passionate about quality and he really cares that you have a successful meal so it is very possible that he will give you cooking ideas and directions to a gourmet dish even if you have basic cooking knowledge. Casa Pasa (and Claudio) are my absolute favorite for fresh pastas and cheese. I found them during covid and have been a supporter ever since! Any of the noodles are always on point, and the trays are so good and easy for nights I don't want to cook. The truffle burrata is a game changer. The staff is always super helpful and patient. 10/10...
