Used to be good; maybe will be again?
I've used this service for 2+ years
The pros: great selection: opportunity to try products and produce you haven't seen before; support local farmers and businesses.
The cons: even before Covid19, items would sometimes be inexplicably left out of orders, particularly if there was more than one box (ie cold stuff), that separate box would often not arrive. It always took days to get a response from customer service, but they were good about crediting my account. Annoying, but not a deal-breaker for me.
But since Covid19 their logistics have just fallen apart: of my last five deliveries three were missing items.
Plus deliveries now arrive at completely random times, sometimes in the middle of the night. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors and the local raccoons weren't hungry!
I get why this is happening, they're clearly overwhelmed, but you'd think they'd at least beef up customer service so you could reach them, yes? Nope: that's slower than ever, too.

Read moreThis is the second order (2nd week in a row) where we ordered milk, cheese, and yogurt, and did not receive them with the rest of our order. Oddly, we received the eggs though. They're on the packing list, so it's confirmed we should have received them, but they were never delivered (for both weeks). We've emailed the company to receive a credit on those items, but they haven't responded.
This is also the 2nd time (so both weeks) that our vegetables, particularly the broccoli, were heavily covered with bugs. I'm talking like infested; we've had to wash the broccoli multiple times, then when that didn't get them all, remove each bug by hand. Pretty gross.
We are now cancelling our service. There's no point in using a grocery delivery service to adhere to the stay-at-home order if we end up having to visit a grocery store anyways to get the...
Read moreGreat concept, poor execution, and tricky sales people. When we signed up for this at an event in a park. We were told that we would not receive random items and would be able to customize. First order arrived without notice. The lettuce was significantly wilted, the fruit was just okay, and poor quality overall. Customer service was great and gave us a credit. The 2nd box I customized because the first box contained almost nothing that we would have chose. It had significantly less and cost us a lot more. For $47 I received 1 bunch of carrots, 1 bunch of bok choy, I mini bunch of brocollini, 1 head of cabbage, and 1 mango.
