Nashville Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The pizza from this place is good. The staff, however, are rude. I called after my order missed it's timeframe through GrubHub and the gentleman who answered told me that he "extended it" because he was slammed. I then heard someone say "this hasn't been made yet" to which I asked "have you made this yet?" to which he replied "you can cancel it!". I said that I still wanted it and we hung up. 10 minutes later GrubHub called me and I reported that I still didn't know when my food was arriving. They put me on hold and presumably called Pizzaholics because I got a message that they cancelled it on me while on the phone. Super classy....

Yummy. Got the #3 very hot (punisher) with a side of waffle fries. Everything was cooked well chicken was nice and crunchy but juicy inside. The coleslaw toned down the heat but it was still spicy and tasted good! Waffle fries were crunchy and fun to eat. The regular fries were good too, just needed a little bit more salt. It's located in a small Plaza on the corner, there are a few tables inside and none outside. Price is fair. My 10yo son got a #7 blazing hot he said it was a little bit spicier than he thought but overall everything was good and the fries were decent but the waffle fries were his favorite and the service is...

Absolutely terrible! I ordered from them through DoorDash when my food arrived the french fries were frozen, the chicken tender was so hard. I took one bite out of and couldn’t eat anymore. I ordered a mac & cheese, and it was rockhard undercooked, and everything separated. I ordered a piece of toast and I literally got a slice of bread untoasted. I ordered a combo with a sandwich, fries and a drink, and didn’t get any of that. Tried to get a resolution through DoorDash. They were no help. Just trying to warn others to be careful when ordering from here 10000% will not be ordering from here again and everybody stay away...
