Overview: Our local friends took us here and the moment we took a bite of these tacos, we felt two things: pure, delicious enjoyment of some amazing tacos and overwhelming jealousy (note that we live in Seattle and you just can't find the same level of quality tacos). This shop opens up at night in front of a tire shop which ironically is part of the reason why you know it's going to be good! The line was crazy long but there was no way we were going to leave without trying it now that we've seen the setup.
Food: We each ordered one of every type of taco so we got pastor, carne, chorizo, etc. Hands down, I have to give the winner to the chorizo which I did not expect at all. Why you ask? 1. I love pastor tacos and they have always been my favorite 2. I haven't come across a lot of taco shops/trucks that sell chorizo tacos. These chorizo tacos had a nice level of spice and porky flavor that just sends your taste buds to heaven but once they reach the clouds they begin to free fall back to Earth only to land on huge soft pillows that gently let you know that you just finished...

Their menu is a tantalizing collection of Mexican cuisine. Each taco, crowned with a dollop of thick guacamole, is a flavorful adventure. The well-seasoned beef gives Tacos Los Poblanos a slight edge over its sibling, Taqueria San Miguel..
Apart from the mouth-watering food, what sets Tacos Los Poblanos apart is the exceptional service and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff's warm welcome and the visual spectacle of taqueros' skillful grilling make the dining experience truly memorable.
They have outdoor seating, takeaway options, and are wheelchair accessible. With parking available, it's a convenient spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal.

Read moreI don't normally give place 5 stars unless the food is really delicious. This place is really delicious.
I've tried everything on the menu but my usual order is: Quesadilla de asada con todo, 2 tacos arabes and 2 tacos de asada con todo (todo sin guacamole).
The quesadilla is delicious. The tortillas are freshly made and taste like you are in TJ. The meat is tasty, the spicy salsa is really really good is one of the best around in my opinion. The arabes are simple: al pastor meat with a special sauce in a tortilla de harina but so tasty please order these! The tacos well they are tasty as well.
You can't go wrong with any item here. They also have agua de jamaica, horchata and agua de piña - with other bottled drinks like Coke to drink.
Try this place, you will not be disappointed! Shout-out to the crepe lady right next to them for a conveniently...
