I'm not sure what is going on with this location but this was my favorite because of the friendly staff and closeness to home.
Lately, (within the last few months) there are different people here sporadically (not sure if they are new hires or employees from a different location) and their customer service is non-existent. I've had someone tell me my drink is correct when I told her it was wrong, I've had just stonewall expression interactions.
(I work in retail so I get it, not every day is a good day, but customer service is the job).
Two days ago I came to this location and the employee was letting me know of a food shortage and I was disappointed but I just continued on with my order. I was ordering coffee and drinks for my family and me and I could tell the transaction was souring but I was trying to get through it. When I got to the window I was given my five drinks and when I was handed the last drink I asked if they were out of cupholders and she let me know they were. I'm not sure why she would wait until I am at the window to let me (in my coupe with two cupholders) that they were out of cupholders.
I definitely would have liked to know this once I started to order more than two drinks, that just makes sense. My three stars (on this otherwise 0 star review) are for the friendly staff that are there from time to time. Read moreI hate writing bad reviews and complaining to worker because I know they don’t get payed enough to handle things that aren’t they’re fault but this was totally unacceptable.I went in today and ask for a blond vanilla latte they didn’t have vanilla which I understand so a ordered a caramel frap. 3 groups of people behind us got there drinks first. One of the group were reassured that they will get there drink as soon as possible because they had to wait 10 minutes and the worker apologized to them for the “wait” (they were white and pretty) keep in mind that they were the second group behind us. For use we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and had to go up to a worker and ask when our drinks will be done when they finally handed use our drinks the Carmel fraps didn’t have carmel which I wasn’t told when I ordered it.
