Hate to review my secret spot but here you go. This place is probably the best taco truck in the whole North State! My favorite is the Carnitas with handmade taco tortillas. Yes handmade, like real deal I feel like I'm in Mexico handmade tortillas. You can order, walk across the street grab a drink/beer and by the time you're back your food will be ready. Otherwise they have a funky second hand store to browse through while waiting. If money is tight, bring your recycling next door and they'll give you plenty of taco money for a bag of cans.
