3/13/23 Had several very bad experiences with this Domino's about a year and a half ago and basically stopped using them. While the quality of the pizza was a little better than average, the customer service and overall quality control was complete trash. However, I got a message on my previous review that the local store in Loudon, TN was under new management and they were asking me to give them another try. So we hesitantly ordered a thin crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, onions and tomatoes and we tried out the 5 cheese dip with garlic knots. The order arrived accurate and so fresh it was steaming hot. So the next week (3/11) we decided to try the same order again. As I was tracking the order on the app, it seemed to get stuck at the quality check portion for about 15 minutes or so. Had this been the first time this happened, it would have never even been given it a second thought. However, my past experience with this particular Domino's gave me rise for concern. After the short delay in quality check, the pizza was delivered. Once it was inside and opened, we realized that we were delivered the complete wrong pizza. We ordered the thin crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, onion and tomatoes. What we got was a loaded thin crust pizza, hardly a small miss. When the store was contacted, the call was immediately placed on hold for about 3-4 minutes, which was understandable as it was on a Saturday at around 5-530pm, and when the person did up, they did not identify themselves, however they were very amicable and gave me the option to have them remake the pizza and send it back over or get the now standard "free"pizza. As we had another order along with the pizza, we decided to go with the "free" pizza. Quite honestly, while the service industry is suffering as a whole, this could be an amazing opportunity for a well established franchise to pull itself away from the pack and do what it takes to get people wanting to work there as it leaves its competition in awe and wonder. I'm not sure what the "secret sauce" would be for Domino's, but it's got to start somewhere, and the fastest, easiest thing to correct is the quality control. Unfortunately, we will probably go back to frozen pizza from the...
Read moreThis Domino's has awful delivery service. I placed an order on the Domino’s app, which has a tracker so you can follow your order. Food was ordered at 8:20pm, the order did not start prepping until 8:40pm. Which I can understand they might’ve been busy. That part is understandable. The food went in to quality check at 8:50pm, which is the step before delivery. I waited and waited, no food and no delivery status. Exactly AN HOUR later at 9:50pm I wondered what was going on and called the store to see if the order was even in the works. The guy I spoke to informed me that the order was ready, but the driver was still 6 mins away from the store and my order was the next to be picked up. That was frustrating but at least it was finally on the way. I honestly thought about canceling but since my order was next to go out might as well wait a bit longer. The order was finally delivered at 10:20pm, exactly TWO HOURS after I placed the order. The food was cold obviously but it tasted alright. I don’t know what their staffing situation is like but obviously two hours to get food is a bit ridiculous. All I have to say is I wouldn’t recommend using their delivery service if you're really hungry, because it will take hours...
Read moreI have been a weekly delivery customer for about 15 years. 2 out of my last 3 orders have not even been started after 45 minutes. When I call the store as the app suggests, the employee was extremely rude and said they were not allowed to talk to me about online orders. I asked for the manager. He said I was taking time away from his employee making pizza. I cancelled my order and the manager tried to hang up before confirming cancellation. I insisted he stay on the phone and confirm and he said I was waisting his time. I asked who owned the store and he yelled Knox Pizza Company, LLC and hung up. I hate to see this happen to what was once a great dinner option for my family. Both employees were annoyed to talk to me. Franchises push us to the app and don’t want to talk to us when there is a problem. I looked online for a number to the owner and it does not exist. If you are the owner please call me. You should be able to find my cell all over your computer from my orders. I don’t mind an order being late or wrong but I wont continue to spend money with a company who’s employees say I waist their time by asking about my...
