KFC — Restaurant in Loudon

So I stopped by this KFC, and am very disappointed, first of all the young man that I met at the door taking out a large bag of trash, didn’t only not speak as I greeted him, when I was fixing to order, he came back in didn’t wash his hands, I asked for fresh chicken, when he went to the back to check , the young lady that takes drive through orders, ask me if she could help me, of course I told her the young man that went to check on fresh chicken didn’t wash his hands , she immediately went and told him what I said,which I appreciate that, when I did get the chicken, it wasn’t fresh, probably because I am black and a truck driver, he figured that when I walked out the door that was it,lazy sorry young people that work here, act like they didn’t get home training on wash hands before any meal, will not have to worry about me anymore I’m done with that, maybe someone there can set him straight, in other words practice good hygiene please, especially when...

Terrible place awful people I placed a online order for KFC and they took my money out of my account then canceled my order at 6:50. I placed my order at 6:37 they waited 20 minutes to cancel my order for their Christmas party but I saw chicken on the heat lamp and buckets of chicken in bags by the employee exit I called to ask what to do about my money and the lady said whoops we can’t help you call this number then hung up I wish I could give 0 stars who closes at 6:00 pm on a Monday then still takes Mobil orders and then waits 20 minutes to cancel it as I’m trying to go inside to pick it up then answers the just to say...

Just ordered chicken wings at Loudon location with help of Tyler on register who also was training. Was very knowledgeable & very polite with customers. Ask him about prices with wings with& without sides. He informed me precisely with confidence!! Recommend more people like Tyler as your employees. My complaint is most of time ate not trained well enough to do his job right. Not fair to not let him progress up the ladder due to stupidity people so Pl consider him for better positions available. With good training he would make manager or district manager in future. Definitely needs better pay for his abilities. ...
