Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Loudon

*Edit from 3 stars to 1 star. It is apparently VERY DIFFICULT for any night shift at this location to get an order correct. We live 15mins away and it's an inconvenience for us to return to this store in the middle of the night so they can correct their mistakes (since we stop on the way home from work at 11pm). WE. DON'T. DO. DAIRY!!!! No cheese. No sour cream. If you can get it right on our receipts, WHY DOES OUR FOOD STILL CONTAIN THE WRONG THINGS??? I wouldn't be so angry if this was the first time, but unfortunately, this has happened MANY times. At least my dog is happy about your errors!! Alright, alright, we get it; You don't want our business!...

I eat lunch here often, and it's always good. So it's the service staff. The tables are clean too. My only complaint is the prices have gone up and the amount of food is less than before. Ok, so supplies and labor cost more and you have to charge more. I understand and will pay, but doubling what it was pre covid and reducing the amount of food ticks me off. Also, this is one of the few Taco Bells that haven't gone to touchscreen kiosk ording Only. I refuse to dine it at any place where that is the only ordering option. Not because I'm not smart enough to use it, but because I don't like it! And I'm not alone on...

I love Taco Bell! The service this day wasn't great. The girl at the wasn't friendly at all. When we asked for sauce, she huffed before she got it. When she handed it out the window, she was aggressive about it and made me drop a couple of packs due to her being rough. When asked for a couple more packs, she said she couldn't give anymore. When I got home, the contents of my chalupa were on one side, and there were only 5 small pieces of the steak. I know it's pre-measured by the spoon, but I've never had such little steak.
