The past few times I’ve been here they have messed up my drink. I know it’s because it’s new hires making the drinks, but I don’t blame them because I understand it’s not their fault they just haven’t been trained properly. Stood at the counter at 8:57 on Sunday August 25th while 3 employees on their phones stood along the back counter. No one ever asked if they could take my order. I finally asked if they were open and one answered NOPE! Hours listed shows opening at 8 am. As I walked away they laughed.
