Buddy's Frostop - Destrehan — Restaurant in Louisiana

We are on vacation at New Orleans. we are going to local Mom and Pop restaurants to eat on this trip. a local told us to try Buddy’s Frostop. We did, the place was clean. the menu looked good. we ordered, I got the roast beef with gravy, fries and root beer. My wife got the burger with fries and root beer. The roast beef sandwich was delicious the gravy very tasty the fries were very hot just the way I like it. My wife’s burger was very good. The food came out fast and hot. My burger was not fix right,call Frostop talk to the lady that answered the phone she was very pleasant and she said she will put the manger on the phone and when the manger came to the phone he was very, very rude and racist and said at this point nothing can be done about your order, he did not accommodate me in no kind of way, I will never come to frostop in Destrehan again and also the had an elderly couple in there and the man was fussing that they been waiting for a long time, frostop needs another manger because no one should be...

Frosttops food was absolutely delicious! But I am very disheartened to share that their staff is insufferable. I took my husband and kids here to get a fast lunch since everyone in the neighborhood is always raving about the burgers, So you could imagine my surprise when the workers acted like they didn’t want us there.
