Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

Went here to get the BBQ brisket meal worst experience ever the frozen drink machine stopped working so I just got a strawberry lemonade in it's placed the lemonade was so waterd down with no taste on top of that I didn't receive all of my order so glad I check my bag before just leaving I had to pull around and go in then when I get to my destination and I open the sandwich it was so sloppy with no BBQ brisket on it what so ever such false advertisement I'm done with burger king they are really at the bottom when it comes to fast food and to add when I went in the inside wasn't the cleanest and the young lady that was standing at the register was holding a nasty bush in her hand that was full on hair and she was handling things in the kitchen while holding that nasty hairy brush so disgusting and they seem to not clean their hands this is a very...

I truly enjoyed my meal today once from the Brusly, Louisiana location. However, I could not give 5 stars in all honesty. I was asked to pull up from the window and my order would be brought to my car. I specifically requested napkins and ketchup in advance. When the young man brought my food out to me. I checked my back and there was no ketchup as I expected. I requested some so the young man went in to get me some. Meanwhile, I continued to inspect my order. My sandwich was great but my onion rings were hard, dried out, and barely any in the container. When I questioned the condition of this item, the young man said nothing and took it back inside. I waited about 5 minutes more and then finally the manager came out with freshly cooked and golden brown onion rings. The correction to my food and the flavor of my sandwich is what earned...

Waited several minutes before I could even place my order. After waiting another several minutes in line, I'm waved at from the drive thru window, and told not to pull up any further. After another wait, I can finally pull forward to receive my drink at least. I ask to make sure the food is ready before I pay since I've already waited an eternity, and I'm told it is not even cooked yet. During all of this, I noticed several parking spaces being occupied without any patrons inside the restaurant. Come to find out, the night shift crews at this location are notorious for getting you to pull up and wait in a parking space, because it keeps their wait time down, and can deceive the system. If you decide to eat here, bring some "appetizers" to enjoy while you are waiting...
