China Buffet — Restaurant in Louisiana

So we stopped at the Super China Buffet in Port Allen for lunch today. After eating Caleb got a desert and after eating half of it he discovered green mold! I asked to speak to a manager or boss and was told neither was there nor did she know when they would be there. Then I asked for the phone number but she didn't know that either. Food used to be alot better here. Since covid it has really went downhill. They are still using paper, plastic everything. Really annoying. They have a bar that is still out and it had my favorites on it! Get it back! Other then that the service is always nice. Could go for a little more cleaning especially in tbe bathrooms. But other then this. It isn't that expensive and the food they do have out is good. I still recommend. But yeah hope yall get the 3rd bar back soon and go back to using regular plates again! You know when you come between lunch and dinner most buffets are not well kept. This one is not normal, everything is fresh. Their recipes are a little different, which means they must make some of their sauces. However, the one thing they do better than any buffet in a long time is the hot and sour soup...
