El Ranchito — Restaurant in Louisiana

First time coming here. I asked for an unsweet Arnold palmer. He said huh. I said half unsweet yea half lemonade. He said huh. I said do you have unsweet tea? He says sweet tea. I said no not sweet. Eventually after a few more attempts at broken conversation I ask for an unsweet tea. I hear laughing from the back and he comes out a few minutes later with a tea he had spit in. Floor was greasy and slippery. The bathrooms were disgusting. They only had one English speaking waitress. The cheese enchilada meal did not have an enchilada sauce and tasted strange. Other dishes were great. We only hoped that the condition of the restaurant and bathrooms didn't reflect the condition of the kitchen and we would not get sick. I was excited to go here from the reviews but we were never was served our food. We ordered and waited 50 minutes but the food never came. The waiter understood very little English so we had a barrier. All of the local relatives in tables around us were served first, even though they sat down at their tables after we had ordered.
