I went to this Lee's location on 6/11/2021 and I spent $27.74 for 2 hamburgers,1 onion ring , 1 sweet potato fries,1 large Coke and 1 chocolate shake. 1st I will say that the service was pretty fast and the food was pretty good but that's where the goodness ends. 2nd. The staff is not polite. I was not greeted or welcomed into the restaurant in any manner. I gave my order and told to wait. 3rd. I looked around(inspected) the restaurant while I was waiting. It is very apparent that the there is a lot of deferred maintenance , wall out lets with cardboard over them, damaged walls and furniture. 4th General cleaning is over looked, the floor was not even swepped or mopped. (sweeping can be done multiple times in the day). 5th Tacky decor... pictures of whom I assume are the owners just stuck to the wall behind the counter above the make shift shake making station behind the order counter. 6th. There is a nicely drawn picture of the Hamburgelar( a McDonalds mascot) hanging on the wall behind an open dirty curtain that blocks the doorway that enters the kitchen. 7th. The staff ordered Taco Bell that was delivered by doordash through the front entrance in front of the 2 customers in the restaurant.
Lastly I would like to give some free business advice. If you listen to this advise you will increase business and then you can afford to take care of the deferred maintenance.
Clean your store and make what you have look as good as possible. your personal taste and personal pictures should be reserved for your home. Greet your customers and be polite and nice. If you dont know how to be polite and nice maybe go to Canes, Mooya, Chik-Fil-A or any number of other fast food places and see how they do it. Lets face it Chik- fil -A is not that good but they are nice and their sales numbers show it. If your staff would be nice to people and clean the store, business will pick up and then more staff could be hired. If your staff does not want to be nice to the customers, let them go work at a place that would be better for them and for your business.
Dont for get to tell your customers THANK YOU and if they thank you for doing your job please let them know that you are thankful for their business.
I would be happy to come in and train your staff on customer service and proper cleaning. just reply and let me know whom to...
Read moreAfter coming into the resturaunt, completely empty, my husband and I ordered two burgers and fries. 4-5 minutes later 3 gentleman come in and order similar items. 15 minutes later, the last gentleman of the three is receiving his burger, but we still dont have food. When I inquired with the employee she said I dont know, looks like its being made in reverse order. I go to get a refill and the other two gentleman have their food and eaiting.
At this point it has been over 25 minutes and the lack of communication and respect for me as a customer has passed. I walk up to counter and ask for a refund. The employee then states she has to get the manager, which I'm fine with. The owner comes out and ask what the problem is and we explain it but still no refund. A minute later the employee comes out with the food trying to now push the food on me. I had already requested a refund and this will not change that. I simply stated I would like a refund.
The owner refused to refund my money, stating she already made the food. My husband and I had neither touched nor received the food at anytime. She refused to refund us.
We left without refund or food. As a customer, we have a right to spend our money the way we see fit. I do not patronize businesses that do not take my role as a consumer seriously.
This says a lot about the character of the owner. Do not come here unless you do not care about customer service.
Note to self, do not go to resturaunts that make you pay before service, unless its a respectable...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer of Lee’s for quite a while. My wife likes them more than I do, really. She always orders her burger with no onions and it’s usually not an issue. We wait the extra time for them to prepare the burger. Well, tonight she ordered her burger like normal, without onions. The order taker proceeds to tell her that the burger comes with onions in the meat. She had to explain twice more that she wanted her burger made without onions in it. The order taker then begrudgingly tells her that it will be an extra 10 to 15 minutes for the burger to be made without onions. My wife tells her that we will wait the extra time. We drive up to the window pay and get our food. We get home and the burger has onions all the way through. Lee’s usually has decent service, but after this, we will not be back. I can even understand if you’re having a bad day, but you don’t treat your regulars this way. You Don treat...
