I went there this morning like I have been doing almost every morning for the last few months for breakfast and I always order and ice caramel coffee ans they can never get it correct at all it either taste like water or they add too much liquid sugar in it has no caramel flavor in at all and I've always asked for extra caramel which they charge you $0.90 for they always have attitudes including the managers I told them this morning that the drink tasted like pure black coffee and she took the drink back and went to add a little more caramel the manager comes to her and tell's her that I should've ordered extra extra caramel with an attitude and like I spoke to the manager and told the manager I'm not going to pay for something that I do not like and that does not taste right because caramel ice coffee does not have whipped cream and chocolate that is a frappe a not a caramel iced coffee so he wanted to sit there and catch an attitude with me not that it's the first time its ever happened they need to start training their employees to make there drinks and items on their menu the correct way and if it continues to happen then I will go higher and email the owner or corporate manager and also my husband went there the other day and he asked for a cheeseburger with no onions for my daughter and the cheeseburger had onions on it so he asked for a cheeseburger with no onions and gave that one back in the guy took the cheeseburger and took a plastic knife and scrape the onions off put the bun back together and said here you go so him and my husband got into and argument and my husband through the cheeseburger on the counter and asked for a whole total refund of all of our food which was almost $30 and told him to shove the cheeseburger where the Sun don't shine this McDonalds has a lot...

Read moreVery Friendly Service. It has been a while since I've bypassed the drive thru and gone in. But today I did so. I received a Friendly greeting, even though they were in the process of closing on cash drawer and opening another. She offered to take my order before finishing but I declined as I was not in a hurry. Then another crew member whom I think was assisting with drive thru and order processing in general said she could get my order started and they could ring up after. Showing that they valued my time. Add something I rarely see in fast food service. At least not with such an obvious true concern. But the best part came when I got home and took my first bite of the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Fantastic! And as a special treat and surprise for my brother whom I also ordered for, I got him a large milkshake since the machine was working.
The whole team seemed to be working together for the benefit of us customers. I watched the burger build crew as well. Kudos to the whole team and the Manager.
