Nick's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Louisiana

I called in my order tonight at 7:20 and the lady said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I said ok I’ll head that way as soon as I can, nothing was said that they close at 7:30. I leave at 7:35 to head that way and she calls me at 7:37 to tell me that they closed at 7:30. I said oh crap I’m sorry i didn’t know y’all close at 7:30 my bad. She said yes we closed and your orders ready, I said no problem be there in couple minutes. Then a man called me 3 minutes later as I pulled in to tell me my food is ready. Anyway as I walked in I said I’m sorry I didn’t know y’all closed at 7:30 and the man said yes she told you that on the phone, I said no sir not when I made the order and he said she did “in a rude tone”. Excuse me? Were you on the phone? Did u hear exactly what was said? This is the second time they were rude to me, there won’t be a 3rd I promise. Friends of mine have also been met with attitude. Look if y’all don’t like what your doing then pick another profession otherwise treat your customers with little more respect especially when there apologetic. Next time I’ll just match your tone and we’ll see where it goes from there. It’s ashame cause their food is great just their customer service sucks. Just ask yourself how much different your life would be if Ascension Parish just quits...

I have been coming here since 2004. It is hands down the best place to get a pizza or a calzone or a sandwich in gonzales. In my almost 20 years of eating here I have yet to find a pizza place that can stand Toe to Toe with Nick's pizza. I have spent probably thousands of dollars at this point on their pizzas and I have taken all of my friends and family here whenever they come into town. Everything is delicious. I have never had an incorrect order. Everything has been hot and fresh and delicious and there's something special about this place that you just don't get it other places. Maybe I'm biased but this place has been a centerpiece for many many good memories in my adolescents and well...

Honestly I don't like pizza from many places. My mother recommended this place to me and I told her that I would not like it and she guaranteed me that I would like it. I absolutely loved it and my 7 year old daughter did as well. And she was eating she kept saying "we should come back here this food tastes like heaven"😂😂. I had these meat lovers Pizza and the other half of the pizza was just cheese for my daughter and we had the honey barbecue wings which were fresh and taste amazing. The staff was helpful...
