I was a loyal customer specifically to the Robert location for the last 3-4 years but they will never get another penny from me. This whole situation has me stressed beyond belief. I was in collision with another vehicle caused by a delivery driver from the Robert pizza hut location while they were on the clock. The delivery driver was declared at fault for failing to yield in the accident report. Fast forward the at fault driver's insurance denied my claim because they were delivering pizzas without the correct insurance coverage.
First why have I paid a small fortune in delivery fees over the years if that money isn't used to properly insure your drivers while they're on the clock?
Whose negligence is responsible for allowing this employee on the road knowing they didn't have the proper insurance coverage if/when an accident occurred?
Who is responsible for paying for the damage to my vehicle?
Who do I call to get answers?
I've called the customer service line and the store MULTIPLE times to get information on how to get this issue resolved. Everytime the "manager on duty" tells me the supervisor would be given the message and will call me back. It's been 4 months since the accident and NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE FROM PIZZA HUT CONTACTED ME BACK!!! Hopefully this review will get the attention of someone who can help me since all other attempts...

Read moreWe called. 30 min before we ordered asking if they deliver to our address & we got an emphatic YES. When we got home we called back to order. A different guy, Andrew, took the order. He had to ask my name 3 times. I asked him if they had a small pizza, he didn’t know. I asked what size is the medium, he didn’t know and did I mean a personal pan pizza. I said not that small. I asked if it was 12”, he put me on hold to check. He came back and said he thought so. So I ordered 2 Medium Pizzas. Each was different, then I said again that these were 2 Medium pizzas. I said let me give you the delivery address, he took it down me having to repeat it 3 times. He said they don’t deliver there. I told him another employee said they do, he said no, I said yes. He put me on hold to check and came back saying no. I canceled the order. My husband said he’d go get it. Ok. I called back, it was Andrew. He needed my name again, fine.
