they were once very good, good food, great service, j price. the last couple of times we visited, things seemed to slip a bit. I honestly don't like to complain because I know how inhard it is to to be consistent, it's a battle daily.
Tonight's visit kinda screwed the pooch.
I was visibility upset, when I said something about my meal to my server, she didn't even try a little bit to correct the issue. When I paid the bill as I was leaving, she asked if I was happy with everything, when I remarked that I wasn't, her reply was that I should ask for something different next time. I calmly remarked "that there would not be a next time".
If we had not been there dozens of times in the past, it would be different. I knew what I was ordering based on past experience, what was delivered to my table was not what I usually get.
I immediately let her know the problem and I didn't eat my meal other than sample in case it was to my liking, it was not.
I gave no humbug, other than my previous remark. I paid my check and left.
I'm not certain what is happening, the owner and staff are possibly over worked. idk
I do know that the owner used to come around and check on the tables and ask if everything is ok, she has not done that in a while. Had she given the appearance of caring, as she used to, she could have saved a...
Read moreUndoubtedly they're trying to make a bigger profit margin because I must say that the food was not up to par. The rice I ordered had no egg, very few tiny pieces of meat even though it was a special order and the onion and green onion was pretty much invisible too! The orange peel that usually comes on orange chicken was not present , cho-cho's had some sort of unidentifiable grinded up meat (and they were ridiculously small) and let me not forget the fried wonton order which were the thinest I have ever seen in my life and trust me even Stevie Wonder could see how burnt they were! If you want good chinese food just take the ride and go to China Doll, trust me it's worth the drive! I tried to support this business but this was clearly a waste of my money and can no longer...
Read moreThe food was very underwhelming. The sesame chicken had a heavy teriyaki flavor. The orange chicken was barely alright. There was orange peel which was a nice method however very dull and of course soggy. The eggrolls were not good at all. Extremely heavy on the cabbage and the taste of frying oil. Not worth the upgrade. The crab Rangoons were nice. I will give them that. Paying for the dipping sauce was something I was use to. The rice was hands down horrible. Dry, flavorless, a few added vegetables and pieces of shrimp, maybe one little egg piece. I will never come back. It’s alarming that this restaurant is on the higher...
