Sam's Greek & Lebanese — Restaurant in Louisiana

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I chose the preferred local business delivery. It said ETA 30 minutes. The business is located approx. 12 minutes from where I live. Over 45 minutes later I had to call the restaurant to check on my order. The restaurant rep told me my order was picked up 10 minutes ago. I let him know the estimated time; he then said he'll call the driver but never offered any kind of apologize. After waiting approx an hour now I called the delivery company and asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund. The rep argued with me and only offered to check on my order. At this point I AM PISSED and my night has been ruined. My husband saw the delivery guy over an hour later, leaving food at my door without ringing the bell or fled from our house. This is our first and will the VERY last time dealing this restaurant. We love to support local businesses but they also need to value the customer. My friend & I went to eat there for her birthday! We both really enjoyed our food; however, the service was not there! We ordered at the window and returned to the window to pick up our food, and that's fine. My problem with the service is they didn't take my order until my friend's food was almost ready, which means her food came out first and she was waiting for me so we could pray & eat together.
