Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Below the line the review was posted 5 years ago & as of January 2023 I cannot upgrade my opinion of this Subway. Actually, I might have taken away additional stars, if there were any available. This place is a mile or two from my house, but it is consistently bad. I've hardly eaten at any subway since the last review because this one can swear you off Subway all together. The quality of the food is utterly horrendous. Then you don't get enough of anything on the sandwich - both ends of my sandwich & good portion of the outer edge throughout the rest is empty. The meats look old & definitely not well kept. The veggies are wilted & soft & in many cases brown (limp & brown lettuce; soft tomatoes; limp onion even) so anything but fresh. Honestly I'm scared of getting sick here. The employees here are nice enough but really do the bare minimum of anything. It is very concerning to me that this place is still open. Staff is nice & helpful but this Subway is so bad it almost makes me not want to eat at any Subway. I've been here four or five times, because it is a mile from my house, so this review is based on my average opinion - not one visit. The bread has been repeatedly undercooked & it's not made to an average Subway's standard. I added a picture of the bread & I got the cheesy kind but it has no cheese on the top. The toppings are also consistently old & below standard as well. It's also overpriced compared to other Subways, then won't allow for Subway specials. My opinion... keep driving to the next Subway. Had to give place 1star(mandatory) believe me they don't deserve that, every thing is wrong with this place 2thin and when I say thin you can see through it, 3round pickles, a rabbit would starve on the lettuce they give you,3thin ham slices (and when I say thin....) and when I asked each time for all slice of tomato, pickles and meat I was told by some angry, rude, dirty mouth who obviously didn't want to be there"We ain't no food pantry you got to pay extra for that and when I informed the young lady that I just want what supposed to come it 4slices tomato 6pickles and 4-5meat she said"Alright" opened my sandwich done took her gloves off took the meat the tomatoes and pickles off my sandwich looked at me and said 4 tomato slices and cut the already thin slices in half, same with the pickles and meat also she said and more lettuce sir(attitude problem) dices th4-5strains up put everything back on the sandwich all this without gloves said "now it's fixed" I am not paying for that, I was then cussed, threatened and when I asked to speak to the manager she said'"I am...

I hardly put reviews up but I had to for this place If I could give this place 0 stars I would this place was disgusting. The girl who started making my sandwich coughed all over it and the sandwich making counter was very gross and dirty. They were EXTREMELY rude and acted like it was a bother that I was there and acted like they were better than me. The other girl working behind the counter was on her cell phone taking a personal call that is so unprofessional. Then to top it all off the girl who was making my sandwich walked to the back to get something and she had NO shoes on. I couldn't believe how bad this place was it should be shut down.
