Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

I started my order with a cold cut combo. When the guy took the Bologna out the "use by" computer date showed 4/9, today was 4/12!! I also replied that the sandwich did not have the other meats added; like ham and salami. I've been getting this sandwich for years, it's my go to. I ordered my subway through the Mobile App at 5pm. It said the sandwichs would be ready around 5:20. I figured I'd go around 5:35 to give them a little more time. I get there only 1 sandwich is made and they were making other orders before completing mine. I order threw the app so I can just pick it up on the way to work.
