Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Had a group trying to make an order over the phone many asking questions about the menu to make an order. Store was out of many items which we couldn't believe. We stated we couldn't believe they didn't carry or have items( were not rude just stated facts) . Well, on of that note the employee was rude on the phone hung up in our face would not answer back . We then tried to order online . Had to call back still would not answer until we blocked our number just to confirm our order. Many changed their mind and ordered from another well known restaurant close by for pickup. The subway employee then answered tried to confirm our order and we wanted to know why she hung up. The employee said we were the ones rude. All 10 of us were in complete shock knowing we weren't rude. Asking questions is rude? We all live in this area agreed this is no place to spend our money on or at an establishment who doesn't want or respect our business. We spoke to owner she informed us they no longer take phone orders. They don't have sausage for pizza , nor do they make flatizzas. They don't have the menu most subways do. Although she seemed concerned and would handle it. Make sure you call and make sure this subway carries toppings and items we've all come accustomed to with a "subway ". We all have agreed this be our last time at this...

Absolutely horrible experience here for the second time now! Everyone makes mistakes, but WOW I will never be back here again. Horrible etiquette is what did it for me. I called to let them know when I got home my bacon is absolutely RAW and my toasted sandwich is ice COLD. It was a pick up order and for reference I am only 2 minutes away from this place. So it was never properly toasted to begin with. They tossed a bunch of random vegetables on both of our sandwiches and when we called them they wouldn’t do a thing to rectify this. That’s what gets me.. I was being cut off before I could even explain the situation he said they are closing nothing he can do. Like YES you can do something. Say “Ma’am I apologize for the mistake we are closing tonight however if you come tomorrow we can correct this.” I wouldn’t mind bringing the sandwiches back so they can really look at how bad they are. Food is NOT cheap. I’m a nurse who works hard for my money and I for certain do not want to spend hard earned dollars...

Walked into the store No one was at the front counter. When I asked her to make me a specific sandwich a.k.a. the manager she said that they said it was usually warmed and they have to warm up now because of the fact that she did not want to make another sandwich after my boyfriend went back in there and said hey, can you please redo the sandwich, She didn’t these exact same way and then when I called and said hey, you disrespected both of us she wanted to say that she did not give us an attitude. Poor service, disgusting environment, and rude staff. Do not recommend if you want your sandwhich to take longer then 5 minutes...
