Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

The store was clean when we walked in. There was still food out like normal operation but the employee informed us that they were already closed for the night. I asked what time they closed and why the door was unlocked if they were closed. He stated they close at 9:45 (kind of a random time to close in my opinion) so I turned around to look at the business hours by the door and it clearly stated they don't close until 11:00. The employee started kind of fumbling for words and ultimately our explanation was he couldn't stay until close because his time to be home was before then. Now don't get me wrong, I am all for young people working and I applaud him for that. Also he was very polite other than he was saying they're closed. But why consent to let your kid work somewhere knowing full well they may be out a little past their normal curfew if the place closes at 11 and whoever made the schedule should've taken his curfew into consideration also. I just wanted a sandwich and I will probably never return to this Subway because I feel as if they just didn't wanna be bothered with any...

Well this comment is not for this subway in particular. This store was clean...and following all standards from the Corp. My complaint is to the corporation.....who shrink the size...same as Frito Lay....filling out the chip bags with air....and more air and less product. VERY BAD. I noticed in all subway s in several states.....sandwich are smaller .....and Smaller. I am not a big eater....but please.....what is happening with our proud service in America???? Ho to a gas station....no air.....no water....no restrooms some of them....even by law they have to offer it... Come on fellow americans.....don't be...

The employees are beyond rude at this location. They will not make eye contact and hardly speak to you, when they do they are rude. It is clear the moment you pull up to the building you are inconveniencing them. When we arrived at 6:30pm most the chairs were up as if they are closing. It was clear the moment we walked in the door, we were a huge inconvenience and felt as if we should probably leave and try a different location. Needless to say, by end of the experience we wish we would have chose somewhere else. We will not return. This has been the feeling everytime we go, all with different...
