I was yelled at by an employee in a brown/maroon shirt in this subway store. I work across the street and come to this subway at least one time a week and order only a side of tuna in a cup to stick to my low carb diet. Today I ordered my double side of tuna as usual and waited in the long line of customers for my turn to pay. When I reached the cashier I was asked what type of soup was in the cup. When I said “it's not soup, it is a double side of tuna”, the cashier angrily exclaims "WE ARE NOT A DELI, SIR!" loud enough to gather the attention of everyone, including the other two workers, in the crowded restaurant. He then went on a rant to his employees about how they should "NEVER DO THIS AGAIN" because "WE ARE NOT A DELI" and "THIS IS A FRANCHISE". I was then charged $7.34 for a foot long tuna sandwich, even though I only received 4 scoops of tuna in a cup. As I said before, I get this same meal multiple times per month at many different subways and it has never been a problem before. I am upset about this experience and how rude and aggressive this man was for no...
Read moreAsked for a sandwich with no bread. I didn't want a power bowl because the quantity was too large. I did not want a salad because again, the quantity was too large. I wanted the same amount that is in a sandwich. No more, no less. The server could not seem to understand what I wanted. She ended up using a salad bowl and then tried to load it up with lettuce, all the while ignoring me while I was trying to tell her no more on the lettuce, instead she was busy chatting up another customer. When I told her she added too much lettuce she put the lettuce from my 'sanswixh' back in the lettuce container. I then was very specific telling her two slices of tomato. She asked what else and I said pepper. She asked what else in an irritated tone. I finished the order. I was then charged for a salad which is more than a sandwich. I will not be eating at this...
Read moreWe walk into the Subway and there is s young man sitting eating with a huge curly fro with hair all over, not under a hat or pulled back. We stand at the counter ready to order. He gets up, doesn't wash his hands, puts on gloves, and asks what I wanted. He isn't wearing anything affiliated with subway but ok. We simply wanted a turkey on white. My husband asks him where his hair net is. He states per corporate they have to wear hats but the hats don't fit his hair. Again my husband proceeds to ask about the hair net. He proceeds to tell my husband not to worry and that he isn't going to get any hair in our food. He then proceeds to make our sandwich incorrectly having to throw it away. Needless to say, we are back on the highway looking for somewhere better where we can trust we aren't going to get a hairball or stomach bug following food...
