Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Prior to storm I use to come here once a week. After my experience this evening, I will travel to others. I waited almost 10 minutes for the couple to be made there sandwiches, which only had two. Clearly both are new employees. I waited my turn, I had two small children with me. I put in one pizza and two sandwiches. While putting my order in the second employee goes to the person behind me to take the orders. I have only put my pizza order in at this time and have not had my two sandwiches made. Then the employee makes the sandwich for the person behind me, while I am still on the first sandwich. They have checked out by the time he makes it to my second sandwich. Why wouldn’t she assist the employee making my sandwiches instead of offering someone who just walked in as it took over 25 minutes for my order from the moment I walked in. In the process I am holding my 8 month old and have my 2.5 year old with me. I told the employee it was rude, the response was “yeah yeah”. I said you clearly don’t care and I paid for my order and left. I will never return this...

I was told the new metal covers are mandated by corporate "to deter direct lighting on the product to keep it fresher". I used to visit twice a month for a veggie sandwich. Today I got home to find slim offerings of the veggies I selected. I was so dissapointed. It ended up being a bread sandwich "dressed". I couldn't see what they were doing because of the metal plate but wasn't concerned since I go here all the time and its always good. I truly believe it is to hide behind the metal plate so you can't see them using less ingredients. I am sure it is a financial decision and not a health code issue. I go there 3-5 times a week and I NEVER have problems but last night at 8ish there were new/different staff and it was pretty bad . Iv never seen these girls before and neither had name tags so idk who they are but the blond was busy playing with friends who were hanging out being loud and childish . The dark hair girl was nice but not very clean ,, also the place where food is made was very dirty . My food was good except my bread was burned/black on one of my sandwiches.
