The Eagle’s Nest Bistro — Restaurant in Louisiana

Was in town visiting a friend… I was pleasantly surprised with an invite to give this place a try, since it was conveniently located in our hotel it made perfect sense… Well let me just say what a little treasure this restaurant is !!! We were very fortunate to have reservations on one of their special monthly dinners & were blown away! All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the owner is very friendly and really makes you feel at home. We loved how the owner personally spent time with everyone and made sure that everyone was pleased… At the end of dinner, we were introduced to “chef Caleb”, a bright and talented young man who definitely took pride in his work, how neat! We are from Chicagoland (unfortunately), we just don’t get this kind of food, service, and warm atmosphere in our neck of the woods! Definitely a must if you are in town !!! Great job...

We usually make it in for breakfast and everything we've had has been fantastic. We've made it to lunch a couple of times and had very delicious meals. I highly recommend asking about the monthly dinners. They are an excellent experience that you usually can't find...
